I don’t think anything was cleaned for weeks. this is a no frills budget hotel… but it’s just horrible! To say it’s dirty is an understatement. I have stayed at 100s of hotels over the years and usually know what I’m getting by category ranking, etc. It’s filled with smoke, and your clothes will stink!… They did give a resort fee for one night off the bill the manager was to call me but never did when I talk to her in person she said she would look into. The room was never cleaned the two nights three days that we were there. When contacting the manager, she said she would look into it. I was informed by the desk clerk there was only one person to clean the rooms and she got 25 done for the day, and ours was not one of them. When we complained they said they would take care of it in the morning we came back at the end of the day the room had not been touched! The manager was not available and none on duty. The carpet was dirty, had not been vacuumed. There was a used plunger behind the bathroom door. There was no one at the counter to check them in when we did get someone we had booked a Suite room, the bathroom had a lot of dead bugs on the floor. We are staying at the RV property and I can recommend! Two of my employees were booked for the hotel. I cannot recommend anyone to stay at the hotel property.
